Wow. That does sound impressive. Could you explain why both China Unicom and China Telecom are implementing GPRS if 1xEV-DV is a sure bet? This is the same problem I had with Unicom's grandiose IS-95 plans. Why did they keep spending heavily on GSM expansions all through 1999 and 2000 if they were just on the verge of a major IS-95 roll-out? What's with the gap between what is being planned and where the operators are actually spending money? Tero
