Don't know squat about ACVC. PHCM/SWCM is going to be a core tech holding as it ramps to a few billion in revenues. The leading next-gen IP infrastructure software vendor is something I want to be long. Now the 'guidance is going up' leakage is making its way around the street - don't know if that will get the stock up a few bucks or not but it can't hurt. Listwin is going to make buysiders wet their pants as he makes his rounds post-deal close.
