Yes, that is correct..this decision is huge..mainly she certified the votes too early which will mean the Florida supreme court after granting todays ruling will over turn her quick and wrong certification before all the facts were in as they have ruled today, thus being the non-block of the counties re-count. I find it intriging that people think that becasue a certification was done in error...that it will stand. Today's ruling clearly shows that that will not stand, and was exactly what she feared with today's decision. When we get the final recounts and the absentee ballots, we wil have a winner.
