Wrong. Certification was done per LAW. SoS has discretion in considering further recounts. End of Story. If you can provide facts proving SoS certification was not done in accordance with State law then post it.

Hi $Mogul,

My understanding is that decision was denied without prejudice. The Supreme Court ruling stated that the request to block the hand recounts was denied because of jurisdiction. It should have been filed in a lower court. At least this is what I'm hearing on some news reports. Maybe this needs clarification?
