Oh yeah? Whatta ya think the Florida Supreme Court thinks of her two p.m. deadline? A bit moot, ain't it?

And the part of the law that you left out of error is that the Florida Supreme court holds the right to over rule here decison and power in this decision...not to mention the possible collusion in the matter taht could open a can of worms, she is C0-Vice Chair of the Bush campaign. That is why she is no longer going to delegate thsi, as she has recinsed her ability..and asked the state Supreme court to handle all of the decisions on the vote from here on out. She is smarter then you think... she understands the implications here... she does not want to get involved in something that will investigate her. She is doing the right thing, for the country and for here professional career..or she would not be doing it... she should of realized this sooner..but that is why she has counsel now.
