Also, with Florida's Supreme Court now chirping in, Bush's bid to override states rights, especially concerning its own elections, in order to get a federal ruling to stop the handcounts, is less likely than it was previouly, having already once been knocked in a federal court.

Bush has lost this election! Get ready for the fat lady to sing folks, 'cause she's really gonna belt it out!!!

The Supreme Court may over rule ONLY if they find an abuse of her discretion. That will be very difficult UNLESS Ms. Harris is very stupid, something I think she has proven she is not. JLA
