Can a State have a Constitutional crisis? What if the FL Court says one thing and the FL executive defies them?

No court can substitute its judgment for that of a Constitutional Officer without a legal basis (such as an abuse of discretion) to do so.

That is correct... and if she is found that she abused her discretion which is unfolding as we speak then what are you going to argue? That the stipulation of the law does not matter?

It will all unfold.... and for her sake i hope that it does not have to come to that... The Supreme court will most likly Re-Certify the state and overturn her decison on abuse of discretion if Gore ends up having the adequate votes that were miscounted, and if it can be proven that she certifies them by a wrong mandate and interpritation of what Florida law states on the time period of certification without prejudice.
