To make the next Palm Beach ballot completely understandable and fair, all Democratic candidates should be placed in large print on the front page and all other Party candidates listed on the back of the ballot. Sig

I believe Bush was labeled first- at the top of the ballot- so confusion about where to punch the whole for Bush was pretty much alleviated, for anyone smart enough to find their way to a polling station.

The butterfly ballot was confusing. But I don't know what one can do about it.
