Ms. Harris has clearly decided to make her decision to reject those votes even before they have been given to her.

Understood. I merely found it uncanny that the argument that will be presented in Judge Lewis's court tomorrow by the Dems was being previewed on the Newhour program. Since we've been through dozens, if not hundreds, of hand re-counts across the nation, we have had all the appropriate arguments in case books here and there. It truly is simply a battle at this point to see which side can out-lawyer the other. Sure is fascinating. Too bad it is so contentious. But then, this is the sort of society we are...

Best, Ray

TG,

Ms. Harris has clearly decided to make her decision to reject those votes even before they have been given to her.

I am not sure I follow your argument. Was she supposed to wait for the number and decide based on the numbers, or was she supposed to consider the reasons for recount and base her decision on that?

Joe
