If any company were in negotiations to buy SNDK, it would certainly want to see the lawsuit settled before doing so. This is conjecture, but the buyout RUMOR makes the "easy" settlement seem logical. So okay -- what do you think we'd get per share in a buyout? [Conjecture ONLY]

Art, I have not heard any rumors, but I was shocked by the following:

I visit the CBOE quote site often looking at SNDK option acitivity.

After a recent visit, my firewall blocked an attempt by the CBOE trying to access my computer. SCARY STUFF!
