I really hope Harris does not include those votes that the Florida Supreme court has advised..due to here Abuse of Discretion. It would be the end of her...and as much as she loves Bush...i think the fear of her political career ending with a ton of lawsuits will change here judgement very quickly. Give here some credit.... she is ignorant but she is not that ignorant.

She may well certify without including those totals. But the Election Results would be Contested and the courts would overthrow that decision. The Courts under Chapter 168 have complete authority to do this. At that point Gore would be President. If it turns out the hand recount does not show Gore winning, then there would be no grounds to Contest it. Therefore the Certification on Saturday is likely irrelevant. All of the votes will decide.
