No but the politician in China deciding on a technology would not be able to lower the value of the RE in SF by 60% in a month. LOL

No, but Hurricane Snyder rolled thru, Typhoon Unicom struck & Tropical Storm Korea took its' toll. In the end the Q took a 73% haircut from it's all time high.

Might not have been an earthquake, but it did some serious damage.

FWIW, I think the argument that equities & real estate are both markets & the buy low, sell high would seem to be the best way to make money in the long run.
