Glad to hear image saved the day. Good luck with the norton problem. Maybe a manual removal will do the trick.

Mark,

I have been away for awhile. Mostly because my computer crashed and I finally got a friend to get it up going again. When it was working to a point that I could get back on the internet, I thought I was really cookin. Then I went to bring up Word to write a document and lo and behold, no Word. Where could it have gone and is there a way I can retrieve it without rebooting all of Windows 98? Myron
