Apropos of recent discussion: Bank of America analyst crushes NT, touts CIEN. NT still has inventory problems. Losing market share. Losing Qwest to CIEN. Plus there's a tech shift to CIEN, ONIS and Corvis.

What you guys think the EXIMBANK a.k.a. the Boeing Bank is for? Think about all that goes in under the name AID. It is all vendor financing and export promotion. How do you think weapons are sold?

Vendor financing is old stuff that you are just now opening your eyes for it.
