fasten your jockstraps and G-strings... second gear

yes, huge setback for Gore
but it will rapidly enter the Florida Supreme Court
makeup of Florida SC -- 5 Democrat apptmts, 7 Republican apptmts

the burden of proof is now squarely on the Democrats
they must demonstrate with evidence that SexyHarris acted without justification

and better yet, ...
IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO OVERTURN A CERTIFIED ELECTION VOTE COUNT

to all Gore crybaby vote thieves, conspirators, spin doctors, liars, and scumbags...
KISS MY HAIRY GLUTES

next comes pressure to prevent the media from announcing a Florida winner

progress report on WPalmBch: 21 new Gore votes after 1/6-th through the process
extrapolate to get 126 new Gore votes
Broward came up with 2-3 new Gore votes after 1% sample recount
margin for Bush now stands at 300

BUT LEGALLY, THE OVERSEAS ABSENTEES WILL BE COUNTED

/ Jim

Great, but do you think this will go to a higher court-like the US Supreme court?

Finally a judge who respects the division of power between the executive and judicial branches!

I predict that beginning tomorrow we will see the true Gore fully emerge, fighting a rear-guard action through the courts, the press, and street demonstrations. Win at all costs. No way will he concede.
