Jenna/All: bear in mind that Bush could very likely be declared the winner over the weekend. Gore will fight it but if the absentee ballots give Bush a big enough lead, the market could use that as an excuse for a big rally on Monday.

A risky play? Perhaps, but the Market does not seem to be factoring that in. Instead it seems to be factoring in more confusion over the weekend.

Just my opinion. I see more upside reward than downside risk on Monday. If the market does start to go down on Monday, there should still be time to get out with minor losses. However, if Bush gets a clear victory, there may not be time to pick up stocks at great prices.

I am hoping we see a sell-off at the close or in the 3:00-3:30 period and I will be modestly buying some beaten down stocks.
