I want to count them all. I think Bush would emerge the victor and that the issue would be laid to rest with finality. If not, then at least a fuller accounting of the vote will have taken place and we would have a truer sense of the majority than otherwise.

No doubt in my mind if Al Gore takes the legal high ground after the ruling his political carrier is over.
