Is there any "accepted wisdom" that says that the markets will not start to go back up until real ANGER is present on the part of investors.

You are not the only scared investor out there. It appears a lot of them are selling to the big guys. I've lived through a lot of CPQ dips and dives. Maybe I'm just getting tired at this point. This is just about the time I though CPQ would take off due to the great turn around the company has made. Appears it might be delayed a little bit.
