so is the democrat circuit court judge also a republican operative?

give it a rest nick, a bit late for repetitive talking points....the only thing that can reverse a bush win is gore getting the absentee ballots.

fl sc will not reverse lower court decision in which the judges opinion has been supported by case law.

the system is working as designed.
