A guy I am in a partnership with owns a collection agency, !and he keeps me updated as to what is going on in his industry, and it is growing..
Bk's are important to watch, as the FED will step in to bail out the banks, which have many lousy non-performing
business loans on their books, made when things were looking good, maybe not as bad as the S & L crisis we are still paying for, yet....Take a look at big bank earnings, they ain't too good. The whole sector looks nasty.

And I have felt for some time that real-estate is set for a price correction. A glut of home repo's would be the start of a big decline in home values, not to mention retail space... A lot of if's, but the time is ripe for the problem to accelerate. These type things take a long time to develop, so when it hits the news, the apex will have already been crossed.
