I wonder if the secretary of state can file a complaint with the US supreme court that the state court has enjoined her from executing the powers bestowed on her by the state constitution?

If the supreme court wants to review the case, they have until she certifies to do their review, not wait until monday afternoon, after they have had a nice leisure weekend, to hear oral arguments.

If I was her, I would still certify tomorrow, as is her constitutional duty, and they could take me to jail if they wanted to.
