heck if I know, but FLSupCourt is just preserving status quo we would have a mess if SexyHarris certified tomorrow while an appeal is before that SupremeCourt I dont read jackshoot into the FLSupCt edict to remain on hold overturning Circuit Court will be difficult I would not put a bet on an overturn and successful appeal meanwhile back at the absentee farm with 16 of 67 counties reporting Bush leads by 345 one quarter of the counties done, 45 vote increase project to get a Bush lead of 180 more, or 480 but dunno which counties reported I want to hear more official response to strong evidence of WPBch fraud I suspect that evidence will be kept back and used as leverage if Democrats proceed after they lose, then evidence is released that is my guess / Jim
