I would think this supports the margin theory - assuming that Greenline is virtually all retail investors.

This is just pure speculation, and probably no more likely to be true than all of the other speculation I have posted for the last 6 months.

But . . . say that we are in fact going to be doing a financing in the low $4's, in the next week. Any institution that was aware of this would realize that any shares bought at $3.95 or $4.00, is guaranteed money. That would explain the 58,000 shares bid @ $3.95 and the average 20,000 bid within 5-10 cents above that. In other words, anyone who is in on the knowledge of a PP, would be getting a better price, @ $3.95 or $4.00, than the actual subscribers to the placement.

A mind under duress can conjure up all sorts of bizarre theories.
