"Now, sooooome people express a preference for A- ONE, but they have been misled by the sauce manufacturers. I myself find lime juice with expressed garlic and a hint of thyme a truly e--co-logically sound basting mixture, good for both steaks and chops. Remember, we DES---perately need to appreciate the natural world, our home, what has been called Planet Earth, Mother Gaia, the Third Planet, or, more recently, the Big Blue Marble, in order to preserve it....."
