I would agree with your assessment except that I feel the institutional tax loss selling was much more severe than the individual tax loss selling will be, and the individual selling could be balanced by some funds re-buying after the wash rule period has expired. There isn't any reason, however, to expect a rocket ascent.

Anyone care to guess how much of the network GX has completed?

The Q3 report said 60% at the end of Sep. WIth half of SAC coming on line next week (4000 miles), that should be another 5%. What areas are left? Perhaps part of East Asia Crossing. Otherwise, it looks like the network is maybe 75-80 % complete.
