Tiger, maybe you should get your facts correct. There are major population counties the use this ballot and who voted for Bush. So you just take all and add them in.

These counties tend to have democratic majorities. Recounting lost votes in these counties produce more votes for democrats.>>

The instructions are to punch out the chads. Check your ballot before handing it in. It's gone from properly punched ballots to 3 corners punched to 2 to 1 and now an imagined dent. Next they will have fortune tellers counting the ballots.
