The Supreme Court has a third choice you refuse to see: Because the Bush administration failed to ask for hand recounts by last Thursday (or was it two weeks ago LOL) deadline, the Supreme Court may only allow the Gore country recounts to be counted. If so, maybe Gore wins. But of course all recounts won't be over by Monday so we won't know who's ahead yet then. If the Supreme Court allows those 3 counties to be counted then if Gore leads (and don't sasume that) he is President. Then only the Supreme Court could overturn this. What a mess.
