I can't imagine the court allowing the counting to continue and then not allowing the results. If Gore becomes the leader, especially by Monday, I can not see any court in the land throwing out legitimate votes. OTOH, the Democrat lawyers better be ready for Monday morning's Supreme Court hearing. A loss before the justices could be the end of Gore's chances.
