As well as going directly against his job discription. He is to defend those elected to state office in all there dealings, not fight them....Who has a conflict of interest??? Who's actions displayed that conflict of interest??? The Democrates that's who !!!

and please let's not forget the fact that the Florida Attorney General was co-chair of Gore's
campaign...and clearly overstepped his bounds when he told counties to go ahead and count...


If that is true (I hadn't heard it) then both the Secretary of State and the Florida Attorney General were acting out of partiality and unethically. Both should have recused themselves.
