I think I have been arguing that exact point all along. FWIW, I thought you were not advocating violating rule of law, but were exposing an apparent conflicting application of standards by certain Democrats.

Voting is a serious, solemn occasion. You either take appropriate care during this process to insure your vote is clear, or you forego your right to have that vote count. If there's a problem with existing laws, or even the ballots, fix them for the next election so it doesn't happen again.

You don't violate the rule of law to allow or disallow selected votes to be counted.

How can you allow one group of people divine another's intent? Why do you insist on only diving voter intent in select counties that statistically will favor your party? Wouldn't fair & equitable have been to request a statewide recount up front? There's something inherently wrong with all of that IMVHO.
