Wanna bet? Invalid ballots + Fla. Supreme Court = Bush obituary. The Feds will not override a State Supreme Court over the issue of which ballots should count and which should not. Remember, if the court ordered a statewide hand recount of all VALID ballots (the ones that the tabulating machines could read), Bush would, most likely, still win. Bush won the election with VALID ballots...........twice. He will lose the election if INVALID ballots are counted. Six democrats and one independent will determine if invalid ballots should be interpreted and counted.
