Societal standards are much higher than the mere law

But only when a democrats elected status is at stake, eh?

Your "lofty standards" merely generate an "I don't care" when a female republican, who by virtue of being black "enjoys" even greater minority status, is treated far differently than a democratic candidate.

I hardly call not caring about this violation of her rights under the 14th amendment an act of higher "societal standards"... Treating all candidates with the same standard of treatment is certainly in the interest of society.

I would like to know where you actually believe written law to be derived from? Do you believe someone just pulled the concept out of the @ss? Or might it be an imperfect attempt at codifying these amorphous societal standards you claim you possess?

I simply can't see how you fail to possess any sense of outrage at this dual and arbitrary standard being shown by the Palm Beach election board.
