Amen. Historically, our losing candidate has been a statesman and generously conceded. That has made our country a cut above the "banana republic" elections. No more. Gore made us a "banana republic" and is receiving assistance from many democrats and elected officials. Sad day, it is.

You say that only because you are a republican. If roles were reversed, Bush would handle the issue the same way. How many Gore supporters do you think there are that are saying "gawd what a crybaby, wish he would just give the presidency to Bush and go away" none. You are a partisan and your pov is typical. Must be rough to live that sort of a life.
