I'm just mad they chose to denote Bush states in red, the color suits Gore much better.

Note how a democrat lawyer sent a 5 page memo to county democrats overseeing the counting of Florida absentee ballots telling them all the different ways to reject them. In some counties more than half were rejected, so much for the "will of the people" or the "intent of the voter."

Re: Peggy Noonan's article, she did have one interesting point regarding Paul Begala's column which basically states the "red" states are intolerant as those are where a black man was dragged to death, Matthew Shepard was killed etc..

What infuriates me to no end is the way the Clinton-Gore crowd tries to paint people who don't agree with them as intolerant racists. Furthermore they use this belief to justify all their dirty tactics, in their eyes the end justifies the means. To them, Americans not smart enough to live in a big city have no business making decisions or being heard. It's no small matter that the people who know Gore and Bush best, the people of Tennessee and Texas, supported Bush.

Bush trusts the people, but why should he trust rabid democrats to count votes. The PBC election board less than 2 months ago rejected a hand count requested by a Republican who lost by 12 votes. They said that unless there is evidence of machines malfunctioning or fraud, 12 votes was too large a margin to warrant a hand count. Of course, the media never mentions this, that is another point Peggy Noonan is making. The media are by all accounts 80% democrats, the bias is easy to see if you are not a Democrat, if you are a Democrat it's not a bias, it's just good reporting.

I'm biased but it is clear to me that Al Gore is not a man of honor. Unfortunately, it looks like this situation favors the less honorable person, that's why I predict Bush will eventually concede. Gore would kill his own daughter to win, and that's what it takes to succeed in today's America.
