Kieth, I trust that the "mud company" is a standup kind of outfit and will gladly pay for their mistake and fund all work associated with retesting the well. Perhaps they should reimburse any buyers at higher prices who got panicked out. Then let's see - three weeks of delay at X bbls/per day - that ought to teach the "mud company" to be more careful. I wonder how close they came to a few wrongful death suits from heart attack vicitims when this well did not flow?

OT: Somehow SI doubled my post! Perhaps the "mud company" will not double their fee!

Keith,
I am sure there's others out there wondering, so I'll bite,
what is a "mud company"? And here's, probably, a really
dumb question: Why don't they just move the drilling rig out of the way, or is that as costly as vacating the property.
