Military mail travels via APO or FPO. It's not always postmarked. An exception is made for the military as long as the ballot is signed, dated, and witnessed.

Well if the deadline is not the deadline then why is the postmark a deadline. A real case can be made for military personel in remote areas and the inability to get a timely postmark. TOm Watson tosiwmee

You are selective in your being law abiding, aren't you? You want to determine the will of the people where it favors your sorry goals. You want to deprive the people of their right to vote where you are not advantaged. A ranking military officer has confirmed that many FPO or APO envelopes are not franked or stamped because of time limits, etc. to get the mail out. There is no question of the validity of the ballot. The military post office failed to stamp the envelope and the sorry democrats are challenging and attacking these fine people. Sorry-sorry sorry these attackers of our military are. I hope the people realize what the demolibs have just done to our people.
