I find it interesting that the legislature in FLORIDA is examining this issue. As you know, we do have a balance of power in the three branches of government. The legislature is currently examining what is going on and making sure the FL Supreme Court is not legislating from the bench. They are not supposed to do that. We will see if anything comes of this examination.

How about the Dems trying to get electors to switch votes? They will stop at nothing.

The TX law has clear ascertainable standards within the statute. The FL law apparently leaves it up to the discretion of the board. That is what is at issue here. Not a Dem talking point. Are the standards they are using fair and just?
