You seem to think Bush started this circus: On election night and the next day it was not clear what had happened. The incorrect vote (and it's signal the anomolous exit polls) became clear within a couple days. That was a curiosity. The circus began when Bush and his Daddy's team decided to win at all costs, and started challenging normal procedure and common sense with more of the fear and lies that were used in the impeachment campaign. The manual recounts did not start this circus, they were standard procedure. TP
