Dennis, dennis, dennis.....if the FLA Sup. Ct. says she cannot, it will be because she "abused her discretion". No? If yes, then that is THE SYSTEM. And, if so, where in the hell do you come off calling that a meltdown?

And, BTW, other than a couple of knee jerk days here and there, you don't really think this election noise has anything to do with the overarching problem with these markets, do you?

Dennis- If there is a stalemate between the FL judicial and executive branches, what happens next? The US Supreme Court won't touch it will they, since it's a state matter...

Could the FL legislature then be the deciding vote?

And more importantly- What happens in a political melt down, and how can we profit from it? <g>
