The Problems You Have Identified Are Very Valid I don't think that they can be resolved by changes at the top though. As long as people remain unaware of the importance and value of their own lives, it is unrealistic to expect them to recognize the importance and value of the lives of others and the world on which we live. The concept that the "leaders" are the cause of problems, or the solution is a palliative. Unconsciousness is the cause, and consciousness is the solution. Until individuals realize that what they are looking for is within them the possibility of any real change or improvement is non-existent.
