first and foremost advocates, I agree that the lawyers are advocating positions beneficial to their clients. It must be obvious even to you that in elections you count the vote and the winner wins. In this case the democratic lawyers have the easier case because they are advocating the position that cooresponds to truth, justice, and the American Way. Or at least they are advocating the position that once people vote there should be a concerted effort to take account of their votes. That position is the american way. You vote, it's counted, it matters. TP
