RE: "they are not being counted honestly. Here is the reason: ...can be unilaterally decided by all Democrat panel" (i.e. canvassing board)
--------------------

cnn.com

Jozef and Ted, take a look at that picture. You'll see the Chairman of Palm Beach's canvassing board has two lawyers on each side: one a Republican and one a Democrat.

Both lawyers (Rep & Dem) are reviewing his ballots, which are the questionable ballots.

Also, from SJMN, "For now, only thoroughly punched holes count as voles. Ballots with partial - or hanging - chads will be examined later by the board."

Note: this is the same board (i.e. PB canvassing board) where you see the Republican lawyer watching the ballot.

I believe Gore's campaign manager would WANT a Republican lawyer to see each and every questionable ballot (i.e. all ballots which were not thoroughly punched), so there is no doubt.

Regards,
Amy J

Joe,

it's getting hilarious now.

cnn.com

Miami-Dade is going to run the ballots through a machine then hand count some more.

They keep doing this they should have enough votes to overturn the election in Algore's favor.

The democrats don't even know what they want to do. The infighting amongst themselves must be reaching a peak.

Ballots that are called questionable must be reviewed by the three-member canvassing panel - a time-consuming procedure. About 1,800 of the first 16,000 ballots were called into question. dailynews.yahoo.com.

This is actually more than 10% of the votes can be unilaterally decided by all Democrat panel. I know that for Democrats, the only thing fair is a Gore win, so I am not surprised you call this process fair.

Joe,

AmyJ has already responded to your comments; my understanding of the process is the same as hers. Why are you intentionally making this process worse then it already is?

You are injecting a level of hysteria that's not needed nor helpful.
