??? Machines have systematic errors. The Machine have no errors. Individual who cannot read instruction and do not correctly punch the ballot and fail to check for a hanging or not full thru chad have systematic errors. Most based on the returns from Florida are voters for Al.

If you examine the counties that punch and are Rep leaning their were zero or 1 or 2 changes in the recount. Hanging chad are just as likely to cause a double feed. If the card feeds thru the first time correctly there is a very high probability that the hanging chad will be scraped off. Thus the recount may increase a few and then virtually zero on additional recounts. But in additional recounts a certain number of chad will fail maybe creating a vote or invalidating a valid vote.
