"You guys just can't let up can you?" Robert, the guy never admits being wrong, his site is censored, he spins his misses in to hits, his faithful are already posting saying crap like: well even if he is wrong it doesn't invalidate all his accurate work. It gets old, he need policing, I personally think the SEC should listen to his shows and check his transactions. He clearly called to buy QQQ at or near 80, now he is saying to buy it in the low 70s, okay how much $ is in there now, 50% at least. Now today he is telling people they are wise to have gotten out in Jan??? he is all over the place. PFE, he pumped it when viagra was a hit. LU, he pumped it hard on the way up, silence now. Intel, I bet he pumped it when he owned it too, I bet he did it with a lot of stocks. He told us he can't move the market. then he has now told us he can move the market. We're sickos? wake up.

Robert; I try not to hate anybody. This is harder to do in some cases. People that lie, and are involved in cover ups do make it even harder. Brinker does censor his site in an effort to cover up his blown calls. The man has told so many lies he can not possibly keep them all straight. I really think he does a disservice to the new investors. I judge him to be a shark. People make the best decisions when they have all the information and judge for themselves.

They claim that the Brinker crowd adds salt to the wound by publicly stating that people are only thrown off if they violate certain written rules and, except in extreme cases, are warned first. In addition, some people that the Brinker crowd actually goes in and changes peoples posts! Also, some claim that posts are made up and posted, using the alias of people thrown off! Consider how you would feel if someone went back to your post (10786) and changed it to say "Bob Brinker is a fink" BTW, FWIW, your posts on SI seem to have a hard carriage return about half way across the page. I've been wondering how to reply to your question. I would say we think we are warning many that believe that Market timing is a quick way to riches and we try to find evidence that it is not. When people say this or that market timer or stock picker, such as Wade Cooke, has made them a ton of money and they would follow that guy to the end of the Earth, we feel it is a duty to try to help them see the total record. I used to be a fan of Brinker for his good advice to compare mutual fund performance to the benchmark. That changed when Brinker would not allow his own record to be examined to the same level on his radio show, the old Lars thread or on his web site. IF you don't believe I liked Brinker, then read this post: Message 6015252 BTW, every stock I mention there made a good deal of money for me, even UTEK that I purchased then at $15 is up. I think that Mr. Brinker would say we are helping the wayward investor avoid shark attacks except he probably doesn't agree on our method of shark classification. Happy Thanksgiving Kirk out
