give the final say to the Florida Supreme Court,

The supreme court can make any ruling they like, but it must be substantiated and documented by law and be a arguable point or clearly be a violation of a person's civil rights.

Remember, the Florida legislature makes the state law, which the governor then signs and enforces. They passed a law that stated the Secretary of State SHALL, AT HIS/HER DISCRETION, certify the results of an election no later than 7 days after it occurs.

She had no choice but to enforce the law, unless the canvassing comissions could provide convincing evidence of a extenuating circumstances (acts of god, fraud.. etc).

But it is NOT an extenuating circumstance that people thought that a widely used ballot was confusing when they were provided ample time to study a sample ballot, could ask for assistance, or void any mistakes and receive a new ballot.

But I can guarantee you that no matter how simple you make a ballot, someone will have a reason to complain about how confused they were. And we can't hold up an entire election over their individual confusion.

Especially when those same voters probably suffered similiar confusion two months ago when that black female republican lost her election by a mere 11 votes, but was denied the opportunity for a recount.

Regards,

Ron
