That is so sad...we suspected they were scum, and now they've proven it. I don't know if you've read the memo as it is on the site, but the memo quotes statute...and how to follow the statute. Now if you believe that following the law is a proof that someone is scum, that is sad. However, it is also worthy of note and my understanding that the Republicans generated a similar memo to its observers. IMO, it is not only appropriate but desirable that all observers are familiar with the requirements of election law. jttmab
