Tidbit:

I called my friendly APO [military post office] this morning and asked if letters [or ballots] sent through the APO system are postmarked. The Sargeant indicated they are postmarked with date before they leave the local APO; he agreed that if the military absentee ballots were not postmarked and dated they did not go through the APO system. It would be unusual for military personnel to not use the APO system since the cost to the military personnel is lower and just as convenient or more so than the foreign country system.

Not if it takes away the vote of our military, who through no fault of their own, did not have their ballots picked up.
