Kinda like what the Dems are doing with the Secretary Of State, right?

I saw a number of TV interviews with Republicans today. When asked about tomorrow's decision they without fail stressed the political affiliation of judges, or the governor who appointed the judges. Some went so far as to imply that they may have to appeal the decision (if it doesn't go their way) because of that affiliation.

County Grubbing was never intended to be a part of our election process. Al simply can't have fairly, and won't get, just his counties included in vote recovery methods, i.e. recovering votes machines missed due to voter error(failure to punch chads out completely when instructed reasonably to do so), not machine error. Most Americans believe a Full statewide hand-count would be fair(they might be wrong, but, that's another story) But No Less save the original re-count. This is becuase both are level playing fields.

Gore recognized this one week after the election. Prior to that time, he sought ONLY his chosen counties(which would skew the results in his favor). I call that County Grubbing. Either man could have asked for a fair hand-count in all applicable counties. Only Gore attempted to create an unbalanced playing field(he too, could have asked for a fair statewide count in the beginning, he chose to go for his own only), and he still, after his offer, appears to think it is an appropriate result if he gets his hand-picked counties hand-counted alone.

So Gore knows only statewide might be balanced and fair, and SO DO THE PEOPLE. Not even typical common Democrats will consider him the victor if these selected counties reveal their new numbers, until Bush gets his in. CNN commentators, even FOX commentators, still worry folks will think Bush unfair if he wins for what?, not allowing Gore HIS unfairness? LOL, forget it.

The Law is based in fairness as per the US Constitution, and the courts will uphold that.
