assertion that only people stationed in Broward County and serving on a naval vessel elsewhere were entitled to vote in Broward County. Short sentences and gag tag lines are probably not conducive to good communication. Obviously anyone voting absentee in Broward County must be claiming that location as their residence, but as to why they are out of state is speculation at this point. In my opinion the news organizations could excel at getting through the spin if they just made this kind of simple information accessable instead of endless interviews with people who are at best misleading. TP
