Can someone please explain to me how you find fraud in the recount when a Republican representative is examining each recounted ballot and is free to challenge it if he or she disagrees with the recount? I find the story about someone finding scotch tape over a Bush chad more than a little amusing. With all of the lawyers hovering over, I am sure someone is going to put scotch tape over a chad. All sorts of preposterous tales will come out of this and the gullible will believe them.
